Charlie Outlaw

Charles Outlaw is a 33-year-old actor from Washington, DC. This is his third year with ArtStream’s Maryland Cabaret Company! He previously acted with the ArtStream ArtStream Theatre Company from 2005 until 2009. Charles performed at the Lincoln Theatre with the Art and Drama Therapy Inspirational Choir and Moroccan Ensemble from 2011 – 2016. In December, 2016, he performed at the White House for President Barack Obama and First Lady Michelle Obama. Charles currently attends Bridgeway Community Services and is a member of the Bridgeway Choir. He enjoys singing, performing, and recording. “Peace!”
