An event every week that begins at 7:00 pm on Tuesday, repeating until March 3, 2020

Improvisation is a great way to practice listening and teamwork while having fun with new friends. Learning through performing arts builds confidence by allowing participants to make their own choices. Inclusive participation also fosters social connections and allows participants to practice communication skills like eye contact, listening, and self-awareness.

WHAT WILL WE LEARN?
- Continue to build your skills! You do not have to have taken Improv I to join this class. Just jump right in! Learn the basics of improv and acting. Improv is a great way to practice listening, and build skills like voice, focus, and teamwork while having fun with friends.
Who should register?
This class is designed for adults (18+) with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDDs) — including autism. Participants should be able to function in groups of up to 30 people with 1:4 staffing; independently meet self-care needs; follow directions; and demonstrate respectful, safe behavior at all times.
Are classrooms accessible?
All classes are held at locations easy to access by bus, metro, or MetroAccess. Venues are selected to accommodate wheelchairs and other mobility equipment.
