Creative for Life Arts Learning Workshops
Specialty Hospital of Washington and Capitol Hill Nursing Center
Since May 2010, ArtStream has offered hands-on, multi-arts sessions for the Specialty Hospital of Washington and Capitol Hil Nursing Center. Nursing Center residents engage in arts learning in such disciplines as music, dance and movement, visual arts, drama and puppetry, while strengthening social connections.

ArtStream offers bi-monthly workshops in music and movement. We are happy to lead these spritely senior citizens at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Washington, DC.
59 Minutes
ArtStream NC's improv comedy tour for seniors
59 Minutes explores the personal stories of audience members through improv comedy. Audience members are asked to share a memory with the group and then they get to see it improvised onstage!

Spring 2010 at Reston Community Center, Hunter Woods
Spirited class for Seniors (55 and older) that focuses on the basics of improvisation and character development through life experiences and will allow the participants to grow creatively through a range of dramatic forms.
