What are Inclusive Theatre Companies?
In ArtStream’s Inclusive Theatre Companies, adult actors with intellectual and developmental disabilities — including autism — create and perform an original musical. Actors, volunteer mentors, and theatre professionals work together to vote on a theme, create original characters, and improvise scenes. Those scenes are scripted into an original, one-act musical. Each performance presents two of these musicals in a double-bill.
Why not make a meal of it! Not Your Average Joe’s will donate 15% of your bill* to ArtStream if you show your server this flyer. Valid at the Silver Spring location (Colesville and Fenton Rd) for every day of the run of Shop and Robbers and Aloha, Eh?.
*Not including gratuity, tax, or alcohol
