Calling All Inclusive Actors!
ArtStream will be hosting an inclusive theatre workshop for a group from Pals Tours and we want our inclusive actors to be a part of it!
Pals Tours is a group of adults with intellectual disabilities, aged 18-25, from all over the country. They join together for small trips that include tourism and opportunities for learning. Most Pals Tours participants are alumni of the wildly successful Camp Pals. Through a robust volunteer program, Pals Tours and Camp Pals maintain a 1:1 camper to mentor ratio.
This is unique leadership opportunity to share your experience as an inclusive theatre actor first-hand. We will sing and dance together to some of our favorite songs from past shows. We hope that our actors can become role models and leaders in this process so that our friends from Pals Tours feel confident on stage.
