Sarah Levitt
Sarah Levitt is a dancer and choreographer based in the Washington, DC area. She received her BA in Dance from the University of Maryland, College Park in 2007. Currently, Sarah works with Gesel Mason Performance Projects, the Liz Lerman Dance Exchange, and PearsonWidrig DanceTheater. Sarah has performed and taught at Ireland’s Bealtaine Festival, the International Contemporary Dance Conference and Performance Festival in Bytom, Poland, the International Festival of Arts and Ideas in New Haven, CT, and at a variety of venues across the US. Sarah also makes and performs her own work, and is a recipient of a 2009 Individual Artist Award in Choreography from the Maryland State Arts Council.
